There's a 7-night minimum per homeowners-association rules. Monthly and seasonal stays are very welcome — just ask.

How many people does the villa sleep?

Up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms, with dining seating for 15.

Is the resort membership included?

Your stay uses the homeowner's resort membership, which unlocks the beach club, restaurants, golf, fitness center, and The Watermill. There is an additional per-person fee for resort access.

Can I book directly instead of through Vrbo?

Are pets allowed?
